Every House of Geneviève collection is carefully produced to order and packaged with the utmost care before being dispatched.

UK Delivery

 

All UK orders are sent using a tracked delivery service. Delivery times will be confirmed as part of your bespoke proposal and will vary depending on the scope of your project.

International Delivery

 

International shipping is available for couples celebrating worldwide. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times will be included within your proposal.

​

Please note that international orders may be subject to customs charges, taxes or import duties, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

​

Production Times

 

As every collection is created exclusively for each couple, production times vary depending on the design, printing methods and finishing details selected.

Estimated production times will be discussed during your consultation and confirmed throughout your design journey.

Returns & Cancellations

 

As all House of Geneviève stationery is bespoke and created specifically for your wedding, completed orders cannot be returned or exchanged.

​

Please take time to carefully review your artwork during the proofing process. Once written approval has been received and production has begun, changes or cancellations are no longer possible.

Damaged Orders

 

Every order is carefully checked before leaving the studio.

 

In the unlikely event that your stationery arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery, including photographs of the packaging and damaged items, so I can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Design Retainer

 

To begin your bespoke stationery journey, a non-refundable Design Retainer of 15% of your proposal value is required.

​

This secures your place in my design calendar and allows work to begin on your bespoke concepts, creative direction and project planning. As this work commences immediately, the retainer is non-refundable. The value of your retainer is deducted from your final investment.
